The Vice Provost for Academic Affairs supports academic program development, approval, and review; development and oversight of policies and procedures; and building infrastructure at Rutgers–New Brunswick.

The Vice Chancellor for Access and Community Engagement oversees support programs designed to foster equity for first generation, low socio-economic, and historically excluded or marginalized student populations at Rutgers–New Brunswick.
