These administrative offices oversee and direct major academic units and administrative divisions, and are responsible for carrying out the chancellor's vision for the university.

Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Saundra Tomlinson-Clarke supports academic program development, approval, and review; development and oversight of policies and procedures; and building infrastructure at Rutgers–New Brunswick.

Advancement

Advancement works with Rutgers University Foundation to oversee and execute the fundraising and alumni engagement activities of Rutgers–New Brunswick and is led by Vice Chancellor for Advancement Lavinia Boxill.

Educational Equity

Educational Equity oversees support programs designed to foster equity for first generation, low socio-economic, and historically excluded or marginalized student populations at Rutgers–New Brunswick and is led by Associate Vice Chancellor for Educational Equity Tiffiny Butler.

Enrollment Management oversees Undergraduate Admissions, Student Financial Aid, Academic Records, Registration, Retention Programs, and Early Awareness Outreach at Rutgers–New Brunswick and is led by Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management Courtney McAnuff.

Marketing and Communications

Rutgers Communications & Marketing advances awareness of the university’s mission, accomplishments, vision, and values, and leads marketing and communications efforts for Rutgers–New Brunswick.

Douglass Residential College

Douglass College is the only residential women’s college in the nation housed within a world-class public research university is led by Dean Meghan Rehbein. Institutional Planning & Operations

Institutional Planning and Operations (IP&O) creates universitywide efficiencies in service delivery and optimal effectiveness in resource utilization, bringing together planning and transportation, facilities operations and construction, public safety and emergency management, and the majority of the university's auxiliary enterprises. IP&O is led by Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Antonio Calcado.

Office of Information Technology

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is Rutgers’ enterprise IT office, providing universitywide services and support and collaborating with department and unit IT professionals on projects and initiatives for the Rutgers community. OIT is led by Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Michele Norin.
