Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Saundra Tomlinson-Clarke supports academic program development, approval, and review; development and oversight of policies and procedures; and building infrastructure at Rutgers–New Brunswick.

Advancement works with Rutgers University Foundation to oversee and execute the fundraising and alumni engagement activities of Rutgers–New Brunswick and is led by Vice Chancellor for Advancement Lavinia Boxill.

Educational Equity oversees support programs designed to foster equity for first generation, low socio-economic, and historically excluded or marginalized student populations at Rutgers–New Brunswick and is led by Associate Vice Chancellor for Educational Equity Tiffiny Butler.

Enrollment Management oversees Undergraduate Admissions, Student Financial Aid, Academic Records, Registration, Retention Programs, and Early Awareness Outreach at Rutgers–New Brunswick and is led by Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management Courtney McAnuff.

The University Equity and Inclusion Office, and the Division of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement at Rutgers–New Brunswick are led by Senior Vice President for Equity Enobong "Anna" Branch.

The Finance Office works with University Finance and Administration to direct and facilitate the financial strategy, management, and planning for Rutgers–New Brunswick and is led by Senior Vice Chancellor for Finance and Chief Business Officer Nayland Smith.

Rutgers Communications & Marketing advances awareness of the university’s mission, accomplishments, vision, and values, and leads marketing and communications efforts for Rutgers–New Brunswick.

The Office for Research fosters collaborations, advocates for resources and renovation projects, and develops communication to promote a culture of faculty and student research and is led by Vice Provost for Research Denise Hien.

The Division of Student Affairs creates innovative learning opportunities, programs, and services for Rutgers–New Brunswick and is led by Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Salvador Mena.

Undergraduate Education is responsible for promoting continued excellence in undergraduate education at Rutgers–New Brunswick and directing programs designed to advance student success and is led by Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education Carolyn Moehling.

Douglass College is the only residential women’s college in the nation housed within a world-class public research university is led by Dean Meghan Rehbein. By co-enrolling at Douglass and a Rutgers academic school, Douglass students experience a small college atmosphere and programs that empower their academic excellence and leadership development while engaging with all the rich educational and research resources of Rutgers–New Brunswick.

The Bloustein School educates a highly select group of students and prepares them for careers in the public, nonprofit, and for-profit sectors, teaching and research professions, and service at all levels of government and is led by Dean Stuart Shapiro.

Preparing tomorrow’s practitioners and scholars to make a positive impact on the profession and the community, the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology provides the clinical training and assessment skills needed for a career in psychology and is led by Dean Arpana Inman.

Institutional Planning and Operations (IP&O) creates universitywide efficiencies in service delivery and optimal effectiveness in resource utilization, bringing together planning and transportation, facilities operations and construction, public safety and emergency management, and the majority of the university's auxiliary enterprises. IP&O is led by Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Antonio Calcado.

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is Rutgers’ enterprise IT office, providing universitywide services and support and collaborating with department and unit IT professionals on projects and initiatives for the Rutgers community. OIT is led by Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Michele Norin.

University Human Resources (UHR) provides the leadership, service, expertise, policies and standards necessary to support Rutgers University as an employer of choice. UHR is led by Senior Vice President Vivian Fernández.
