Francis Phan

Francis is a product design leader and creative technologist. He is presently Director of Product Design for Ad Innovation at Yahoo, where he leads a team empowered to envision the future of advertising and editorial experiences. He is a founding member of the IDEA Industry Advisory group that provides practical product and design thinking training to students. Francis also serves as co-lead for Yahoo's Design Associate Program while cultivating a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in addition to design excellence.

Clark Lagemann

Clark Lagemann is a seasoned entrepreneur and innovator on a mission to change lives by fixing the biggest problems in healthcare. Currently, as CEO of Avidon Health, he leads the strategic direction and implementation of Engagement Rx™, a digital coaching solution that drives behavior change in diverse populations. To support other entrepreneurs, he frequently lectures at universities and industry conferences, and provides entrepreneurial mentorship through Scarlet Startups, an organization he founded.

Jason Saran

Jason is a proud Rutgers Alumni. He owns two companies - a fitness apparel brand called ALVA and a digital agency called Brandswaggin. Jason love the challenge of being a business owner and everything that comes with it. In his spare time he loves to hang out with his puppy, practice Brazilian jiu jitsu and eat lots of food.

Geo Baker

Geo is a former rutgers mens basketball player. He helped lead the #NotNCAAProperty movement to highlight the wrongdoings of the NCAA. He is also the founder and CEO of Knight Society LLC, which focuses on connecting the Rutgers university community closer together while simultaneously supporting the student athletes. Geo is a budding motivational speaker and has spoken at multiple basketball camps to share his knowledge and experience with the next generation of basketball players.
