Meet the Chancellor-Provost

Francine Conway
Chancellor-Provost Francine Conway

Francine Conway, a scholar and award-winning clinical psychologist widely recognized for her work in child psychopathology, was appointed the chancellor-provost of Rutgers University–New Brunswick in July 2021. Conway previously served as Rutgers–New Brunswick provost. She is a Distinguished Professor in the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology and served as dean of the school from 2016 to 2020.

About the Office

The Office of the Chancellor-Provost sets the tone for Rutgers University–New Brunswick, the region’s most high-profile public research institution and a leading national research center with a global impact. Dr. Francine Conway leads the office, which oversees the day-to-day running of the institution and charts the course for its future.
