  • The Genomics Center at New Jersey Medical School provides full service support for genomics-based applications including experimental design, bioinformatics, development of novel assays, grant writing, and manuscript preparation. The center is experienced in a broad range of biological disciplines including basic biology, infectious diseases, cancer, neurobiology, immunology and clinical research. The staff of the CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited Clinical Genomics Lab has extensive experience in molecular diagnostics and clinical research, and specializes in clinical biomarker discovery, validation and diagnostic test development.

  • The Geology Museum enhances university teaching and outreach programs through its presentations of geological, mineralogical, paleontological, and anthropologic materials for the education and enjoyment of visitors. The museum is dedicated to educating the public through exhibits, collections, public lectures, tours, and other programs to enhance our understanding of the natural world.

  • The Global Institute for BioExploration (GIBEX) at the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences is a global research and development network promoting ethical, natural product-based bioexploration. GIBEX explores the earth's biodiversity for natural product-based solutions to improving human health and wellness.

  • The Global Tuberculosis Institute at New Jersey Medical School is a leader in the effort to conquer and cure tuberculosis worldwide, and plays a pivotal role in the international arena providing expertise in program development, education and training, and research to ministers of health, national TB programs, and healthcare providers around the globe.

  • The Center for Governmental Accounting Education and Research at Rutgers Business School–Newark and New Brunswick sponsors academic research projects in collaboration with the Governmental Accounting Standards board and other academic and professional organizations.
