The Rutgers Professional Golf Turf Management School offers the Two-Year Certificate Program every Fall and Winter.

To graduate you must successfully complete both ten-week sessions of class as well as a 200+ hour paid internship field experience. You may complete your internship by working on the golf course at which you are currently employed or we can assist you in locating an internship position.

Developed to help you more effectively manage the challenges faced on your golf course, our curriculum covers the essentials of turf and soil science, plant materials, irrigation technology, golf course construction and leadership skills of successful superintendents.

Students receive personalized attention from many of the turf industry's most respected instructors and learn from superintendents, plant diagnostic specialists, irrigation and turf consultants, as well as world-renowned Rutgers faculty from the Center for Turfgrass Science.
