Making the transition from college to the workforce can be both exciting and overwhelming – especially for individuals with disabilities (visible and invisible). While the university setting provides structured disability services and protections, the lack of the same support structures in the workplace can seem confusing to navigate. In this panel discussion, you’ll gain an overview of how disability rights shift from campus to the workplace. We’ll discuss strategies for self-advocacy for fair treatment and reasonable accommodations to confidently embark on the career path.

Join our panelists to engage in meaningful dialogue, ask questions, and connect with others working to create a more inclusive future of work.

This event is free for faculty, staff, and students. Registration is not required.
