The Three Pillars of RBHS
Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS) trains the next generation of health care professionals while advancing vital research and clinical care.
Through basic, translational, and clinical research at the aforementioned centers and institutes, RBHS—one of the most comprehensive university-based destinations for studying health care—is advancing human health and medical education.
Most RBHS professors are clinicians, which gives students the opportunity to get hands-on experience in the clinics that make up Rutgers Health. Our more than 1,300 care providers draw from the expertise of more than 2 million annual patient visits.
