Hope's 5 days of gratitude and kindness challenge, November 13-17

This November, Health Outreach, Promotion & Education (HOPE) strives to cultivate more gratitude and kindness across campus and will be running a “5 Days of Gratitude and Kindness Challenge”. Kicking off November 13th with World Kindness Day, students will have multiple opportunities throughout the week to focus on self-compassion. This challenge will be running alongside of other activities from Rutgers–New Brunswick Division of Student Affairs units under the Rutgers Cares Initiative. Faculty and staff are also invited to participate. Some initiatives will continue through the rest of the academic year.

Along with the challenge, HOPE will have a food pantry donation box in their College Ave Campus building at 8 Lafayette Street, New Brunswick. Students are encouraged to stop in and donate. Follow @RUStudentHealth on Instagram and please like, share, and participate during the week #hopesgratitudechallenge.
