Jyoni Tetsurō Shuler, MSc (she/they) is a biracial, transfeminine, trilingual holistic wellness professional, DEI advocate, and multidisciplinary artist with 10+ years of diverse experience in the fields of applied social science research, holistic wellness promotion, and social/environmental justice advocacy.

She currently holds dual positions at Rutgers: coordinating university-wide holistic wellness programming with the ScarletWell program for Rutgers-New Brunswick's 72,000+ students, faculty & staff as well as managing communications & DEI projects for the Graduate School of Applied & Professional Psychology (GSAPP)'s Center for Youth Social Emotional Wellness (CYSEW), where she formerly served as Research Coordinator. Concurrently, they also serve as a Steering Committee Member of Garden State Equality (GSE)'s Queer BIPOC Network.

Jyoni holds a BA Honors in Psychology (Georgetown University), MSc in Sustainable Tourism Management (European Master in Tourism Management), and Certification in Integrative Health Coaching (Duke University Integrative Medicine). Additionally, she served as a 2017-18 AmeriCorps member with the Confluence Environmental Center, and has previously held research roles in both academia (Rutgers University's Center for Youth Social Emotional Wellness, University of Denver's Institute for Human-Animal Interaction; Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health; Georgetown University's Department of Psychology) and nonprofit organizations (Our Children Oregon; Sustainable Travel International; Idaho Coalition Against Sexual & Domestic Violence).
