Abby Kucks is the Program Coordinator for the Innovation, Design & Entrepreneurship Academy at Rutgers University – Brunswick. She has 4 years of experience working in higher education with student engagement, program planning and communications. Her expertise and passion is in public relations, digital marketing, graphic design, and communication strategies. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and a Business Essentials Certificate from Ramapo College of New Jersey, and is currently a graduate student in Communication and Media, with a specialization in Digital Media at Rutgers University.

Amy B. Spagnolo, PhD
Dr. Amy B. Spagnolo brings over two decades of leadership in wellness and self-care initiatives to her role as Senior Program Coordinator for ScarletWell. Deeply passionate about ScarletWell's mission, she is dedicated to creating innovative programs and resources that empower the Rutgers Community to prioritize their wellness.
Before joining ScarletWell, Dr. Spagnolo served as an Associate Professor in the School of Health Professions for 25 years, where she co-developed, designed, and delivered curricula and training for both in-person and online learning platforms. Her commitment to peer support extended to her work as Project Director for the Academy of Peer Services (APS) from 2016 to 2024, where she led New York's online training and testing platform for Peer Specialist Certification. She also served as Principal Investigator and Project Director for the Peer Support Services Technical Assistance Center (PeerTAC) of NY, further solidifying her expertise in peer-driven wellness initiatives.
Now at ScarletWell, Dr. Spagnolo channels her passion into content creation, website design and deployment, webinar coordination, social media management, and grant coordination. She finds immense fulfillment in leading initiatives that align with ScarletWell's vision, drawing on her experience managing large-scale training, technical assistance, knowledge translation, and consultation for numerous grant-funded and extramural projects.She is excited to continue advancing ScarletWell’s impact, helping the Rutgers Community embrace self-care as a vital part of everyday life.

Amy Mandelbaum, EdM
Amy Mandelbaum supports the Director for Research Development and Strategy by facilitating Rutgers–New Brunswick's Chancellor Signature Initiatives, where she oversees cross-cutting grant proposals and fosters relationships with stakeholders. For the newly established Rutgers Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (RAD) Collaboratory, Amy is playing an integral role in developing programming centered on collaborative research and scholarship.
