DEI: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion. When you bring your unique identities and talents to the workplace—as an intern or as a professional—you automatically boost an organization’s diversity.

Join the Office of Career Exploration and Success and an agenda of boundary-pushing, workplace changemakers at this event. Attendees will learn more about the skills needed to engage in effective self-advocacy in the workplace—a powerful tool that showcases professional competencies while setting precedent for a more equitable and inclusive workplace culture.

In addition to earning four stamps in the #RutgersWorks Free Tuition Challenge (Rutgers, New Brunswick only), this DEI-Centered Career Conference will feature a keynote address from two-time RU-Newark alumna and Public Square Amplified founder & publisher Josie Gonsalves; interactive breakout sessions featuring insights from power career coach Sam DeMase (@APowermood on IG!), returned Peace Corps Volunteer and current RU Clinical Psychology PhD student Pablo Arenas Gallo, private career counselor + CES career advisor Scott Borden (LPC), and so many more.
