Join the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights Director Sundeep Lyer, the Disability Rights of New Jersey Executive Director Gwen Orlowski, and renowned disability advocate Colleen Roche for an engaging workshop to advance disability rights in the Garden State.

This panel will explore critical issues impacting individuals with disabilities, including access to the physical environment, programs and services, legal protections, and advocacy strategies. Panelists will provide insights into the current landscape of disability rights, share real-world experiences, and discuss the roles of government and advocacy organizations in fostering an inclusive society.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about key legal frameworks, understand the challenges faced by people with disabilities, and gain practical tools for advocacy. The workshop aims to empower participants to be agents of change within their communities, ensuring all individuals can enjoy their civil rights without barriers.
