Join the Office of Career Exploration and Success to network with employers who have embraced Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) as core tenants of their recruitment efforts and workplace culture and have a passion for working with talented RU students.
This semi-formal networking event will let attendees chat with employer representatives about initiatives their company implements to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, concrete steps their company takes to ensure hiring and recruitment efforts promote diversity and are accessible, and solutions in place to address historical areas for growth under the umbrella of DE&I.
