How do programs determine reasonable accommodations in clinical education? How should curricular requirements, professional standards, and patient safety be considered without allowing assumptions about disability to drive decision-making?

Part I brings together leaders in nursing education and disability resources to examine the process of determining reasonable clinical accommodations. We'll discuss common misconceptions and approaches to supporting informed, individualized, and equitable decision-making.
