Rutgers–New Brunswick's place as a Top 10 public university will be realized through focused, measurable progress in the areas that define institutional excellence. Guided by the Academic Master Plan as the strategic foundation, the university will concentrate its efforts on improving student outcomes, expanding social mobility, elevating faculty and research excellence, strengthening national reputation, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.
