The Office for the Vice Provost for Research (OVPR) at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, in partnership with Dublin City University, invites faculty members from both institutions to participate in the forthcoming virtual Life Sciences Research Ideation Forum on September 30, 2025. This event will feature presentations by faculty members on their life sciences research and will provide networking opportunities to encourage new, innovative, interdisciplinary team formation. Forum presenters and attendees will have the opportunity to submit competitive research proposals for pilot seed funding.

The Request for Abstracts to provide a 5-minute presentation at the Forum is now open. Space is limited, with only 17 spots available to present per institution. Submit your abstract by Friday, August 22, 2025.

Registration is open for faculty to attend the Forum. Register by Tuesday, September 16, 2025, if you’d like your information to be featured in the Rutgers-DCU Faculty Research Booklet.
