Rubia Serra supports the Executive Director, Assistant Director, and Research Project Manager through research development, proposal coordination, and limited submissions. She coordinates communications for the pilot seed funding competition review process, enhances proposal competitiveness, and helps align projects with institutional priorities. She also oversees office operations, collaborating with IT and the central business office to ensure efficient administration.
